| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Náročnost profese operátora zdravotnického operačního střediska nejen v době pandemie. V teoretické části této bakalářské práce je popsána práce a struktura zdravotnické záchranné služby, činnost, historie a současnost zdravotnického operačního střediska, náplň práce a náročnost profese operátora zdravotnického operačního střediska a dále je v této práci popsána pandemie Covid 19.
Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahovala čtyři cíle a čtyři výzkumné otázky. Cílem prvním bylo zmapovat náročnost profese operátora ZOS. Cíl druhý měl za úkol zmapovat změny v práci operátorů ZOS, které nastaly během pandemie Covid 19. Třetí cíl zjišťoval vliv pandemie Covid 19 přímo na jednotlivé operátory ZOS. Posledním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak hodnotí operátoři ZOS svou připravenost na práci operátora ZOS. Empirická část bakalářské práce byla provedena pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s devíti operátory zdravotnických operačních středisek z Pardubic, Jihlavy a Českých Budějovic. Rozhovor zahrnoval dvacet čtyři otázek, které byly pro lepší přehlednost rozděleny do devíti kategorií.
Všechny cíle této bakalářské práce byly splněny na základě zodpovězení všech výzkumných otázek. Bylo zjištěno, že profese operátorů ZOS je nepochybně náročná hlavně po psychické a komunikační stránce. Rovněž byl zjištěn fakt, že se práce operátorů ZOS v době pandemie Covid 19 změnila, neměla ale na operátory ZOS v souvislosti s jejich profesí vážnější vliv. Pozitivně hodnotíme současnou připravenost operátorů ZOS na jejich profesi. Výzkum ovšem poukázal na nedostatečnou připravenost operátorů ZOS před začátkem výkonu tohoto povolání. | cze |

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the work and structure of the emergency medical service, the activities, history, and current state of the medical dispatch center, the job duties and demanding nature of the profession of a medical dispatch center operator, and also describes the Covid-19 pandemic.
The practical part of the bachelor thesis contained four objectives and four research questions. The first objective was to map out the demanding nature of the job of a medical dispatch center operator. The second objective aimed to map out the changes in the work of medical dispatch center operators that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The third objective investigated the direct impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on individual medical dispatch center operators. The last objective of this bachelor thesis was to determine how medical dispatch center operators evaluate their preparedness for the job of a medical dispatch center operator. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis was conducted using a semi-structured interview with nine medical dispatch center operators from Pardubice, Jihlava, and České Budějovice. The interview consisted of twenty-four questions, which were divided into nine categories for better clarity.
All objectives of this bachelor thesis were fulfilled based on the answers to all research questions. It was found that the job of medical dispatch center operators is undoubtedly demanding, especially from a psychological and communicative standpoint. It was also found that the work of medical dispatch center operators changed during the Covid-19 pandemic, which did not have a significant impact on the operators due to the nature of their profession. We positively evaluate the current preparedness of medical dispatch center operators for their profession. However, the research pointed to insufficient preparedness of medical dispatch center operators before starting this profession. | eng |
