| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je věnována právům pacienta v souvislosti s ošetřovatelstvím. Pacienti mají řadu práv, která se týkají poskytování zdravotní péče. Tato práva zahrnují právo na informace o svém zdravotním stavu a léčbě, právo na volbu lékaře a poskytovatele zdravotních služeb, právo na soukromí a ochranu osobních údajů, právo na respektování svých náboženských a kulturních zvyklostí, právo na soukromí během hospitalizace, právo na spravedlivé a rovné zacházení bez diskriminace a mnoho dalších. Tato práva jsou chráněna zákony i regulacemi v oblasti zdravotnictví, a pacienti mohou požádat o jejich dodržování, pokud jsou narušena. Je důležité, aby pacienti byli informováni o svých právech, a aby jim bylo umožněno je aktivně využívat, aby mohli získat kvalitní zdravotní péči a respektování svých práv. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů o jejich právech a zjistit dodržování vybraných práv z pohledu pacienta. Cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu, jehož součástí je dotazník vlastní tvorby. Výzkum byl prováděn v nemocnicích krajského typu u pacientů bez smyslových poruch. Výsledky výzkumu budou sloužit zejména managementu poskytování zdravotních služeb pro optimalizaci, pro zdravotní pracovníky a studenty zdravotnických oborů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is dedicated to patients' rights including nursing. Patients have several rights that relate to their health care and privacy. These rights include the right to information about their health and treatment and freedom to choose their doctor and health care facility, the right to privacy and protection of personal data, the right to respect one's religious and cultural practices, the right to basic hygiene and privacy during hospitalisation, the right to fair and equal treatment without discrimination, and many others. These rights are protected by health care laws and regulations, and patients can request to have them respected if they are violated. It is important that patients are informed about their rights and that they are allowed to actively use them so that they can receive quality health care and respect for their rights. The aim of this thesis is to find out the awareness of patients about their rights and to find out the compliance of selected rights from the patient's perspective. The aim has been achieved through quantitative research which includes a questionnaire of my own design. The research was conducted in regional hospitals among patients who were fully oriented. The results of the research will be used by the management of health service delivery for optimization of health care and for health professionals and for the students of nursing. | eng |
