| dc.description.abstract | Hasičský záchranný sbor ČR reprezentuje jednu z klíčových složek integrovaného záchranného systému. V České republice je hasičský záchranný sbor jeho hlavním koordinátorem. Jeho úkolem je zajištění koordinovaného postupu složek integrovaného záchranného systému, a to jak v rámci přípravy na mimořádné události, tak i při realizaci záchranných a likvidačních prací. Spolu s ostatními složkami zabezpečuje nepřetržitou pohotovost, jejímž úkolem je přijímání ohlášení o vzniku mimořádných událostí, jejich vyhodnocování a v případě potřeby i neodkladný zásah při jejím vzniku.
Cílem této práce je kvantifikovat znalosti laické veřejnosti o činnosti HZS ČR v rámci IZS, kvantifikovat znalosti odborné veřejnosti o činnosti HZS ČR v rámci IZS a provést komparaci obou kvantifikací a vyvodit doporučení. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Pro techniku sběru dat byl zvolen nestandardizovaný dotazník. Nestandardizovaný dotazník byl určen laické a odborné veřejnosti. Sběr dat probíhal u laické veřejnosti v autorčině blízkém okolí a u odborné veřejnosti v hasičských stanicích na Územním odboru Znojmo, které tvoří Hasičská stanice Znojmo, Hasičská stanice Moravský Krumlov a Hasičská stanice Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. Získané datové soubory byly šetřeny metodami jednorozměrné
a dvojrozměrné statistiky (neparametrické testování, dvojvýběrové parametrické testování). Výsledky šetření potvrdily hypotézy výzkumu (znalosti laické veřejnosti mají charakter normálního rozdělení, znalosti odborníků jsou velmi blízké rozdělení Poissonovu, mezi znalostmi laické veřejnosti a odborníků je statisticky významný rozdíl na hladině 0,05).
Získané informace identifikují nedostatky laické veřejnosti ve znalosti náplně činnosti HZS ČR v rámci IZS. Tyto informace mohou poté sloužit k vytvoření informačního materiálu, ve kterém bude kladen důkaz právě na chybějící znalosti laické veřejnosti nebo pro další navazující práci a hlubší zkoumání jednotlivých odpovědí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic represents one of the key components of the integrated rescue system. In the Czech Republic, the Fire and Rescue Service is it's main coordinator. It's task is to ensure the coordinated action of the components of the integrated rescue system, both in preparation for emergencies and in the implementation of rescue and liquidation work. Together with other units, it ensures a continuous emergency response, whose task is to receive reports of emergencies, evaluate them and, if necessary, take urgent action when they occur.
The aim of this thesis is to quantify the knowledge of the general public about the activities of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic within the framework of the integrated rescue system, to quantify the knowledge of the professional public about the activities of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic within the integrated rescue system and to make a comparison of both quantifications and to draw recommendations. The research was carried out by means of a quantitative research survey. A non- standardized questionnaire was chosen for the data collection technique. The non- standardized questionnaire was addressed to the general and professional public. The data collection was carried out among the general public in the author's immediate vicinity and among the professional public in the fire stations of the Znojmo Territorial Department, consisting of the Znojmo Fire Station, the Moravský Krumlov Fire Station and the Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou Fire Station. The data sets obtained were investigated using one-dimensional and two-dimensional statistics (non-parametric testing, two- choice parametric testing). The results of the investigation confirmed the hypotheses of research (the knowledge of the lay public has the character of a normal distribution, the knowledge of the experts is very close to the division of Poisson's, there is a statistically significant difference between the knowledge of the lay public and the experts at the level of 0,05).
The information obtained identifies shortcomings of the general public in their knowledge of the scope of activities of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic within the integrated rescue system. This information can then be used to create information material that will focus on the lack of knowledge of the general public or for further follow-up work and deeper investigation of individual responses. | eng |
