| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je součástí projektu s názvem Vybrané aspekty integrace cizinců žijících v České republice a jejich vztah k sociální práci (reg. č. GAJU 101/2022/S).
Teoretická část definuje děti s odlišným mateřským jazykem, legislativní ukotvení, jazykové bariéry, také integraci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem a spolupráci mezi rodičem a pedagogem. V neposlední řadě se zabývá spoluprací mezi managementem školy, sociálním prostředím a pedagogy.
Ke zpracování diplomové práce je využit kvalitativní typ výzkumu. Dále je použita metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvoří pedagogové, kteří mají zkušenosti s integrací dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem do třídního kolektivu. Na základě výsledků je zjištěno, že spolupráce mezi školním
a sociálním prostředím je mizivá až nulová. Integrace dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem ve školním prostředí probíhá zejména ve třídě mezi žáky za pomoci pedagoga, který k tomu používá různé poznávací hry, třídnické hodiny, výlety, přespávaní ve škole apod.
Výsledky této diplomové práce mohou být zajímavým podkladem pro širší výzkum integrace dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem do třídního kolektivu. Dále pak mohou být podkladem pro navázání spolupráce mezi sociálním a školním prostředím - např. tvorba projektů, využití školních sociálních pracovníků apod. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is a part of the project entitled Selected aspects of integration of foreigners living in the Czech Republic and their relation to social work (reg. no. GAJU 101/2022/S).
The theoretical part defines children with a different mother tongue, legislative anchoring, language barriers, as well as the integration of children with a different mother tongue and the cooperation between parent and teacher. Last but not least, it deals with the cooperation between school management, social environment and teachers.
A qualitative type of research is used to prepare the thesis. Next is to use the questionnaire method and the semi-structured interview technique. The research population consisted of educators who have experience in integrating children with a different mother tongue into the classroom collective. Based on the results, it is found that there is little to no cooperation between the school and the social environment. The integration of children with a different mother tongue in the school environment takes place mainly in the classroom among pupils with the help of the teacher, who uses various cognitive games, classroom lessons, trips, sleepovers, etc.
The results of this thesis can be an interesting basis for broader research on the integration of children with a different mother tongue into the classroom. Furthermore, they can be the basis for establishing cooperation between the social and school environment - e.g. creating projects, using school social workers, etc. | eng |
