| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá péčí o pacienta s oběhovými podporami před transplantací srdce z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Cílem této práce je zmapovat management práce všeobecné sestry při péči o pacienty s oběhovými podporami před transplantací srdce a zjistit, jak tuto práci vnímají.
Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou mechanických srdečních podpor a jejich rozdělení. Historií i současností mechanických podpor, jejich indikací, vysoce specializovanou ošetřovatelskou péčí a možnými komplikacemi spojenými s terapií. Dále se věnujeme transplantaci srdce, indikaci, vyšetřením příjemce, dárce orgánů, čekací listině, imunosupresi a možných komplikacích.
V empirické části bylo uskutečněno dvanáct rozhovorů se sestrami, které se setkávají s pacienty, u níž jejich zdravotní stav vyžaduje oběhovou podporu před samotnou transplantací srdce. Výzkumným souborem jsou sestry z Centra kardiovaskulární a transplantační chirurgie v Brně, které byly vybrány záměrným výběrem. Mezi hlavní kritéria pro zařazení do výzkumu patřila minimálně roční praxe v intenzivní péči a zkušenosti s poskytováním vysoce specializované ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s oběhovými podporami před transplantací srdce. V rámci analýzy dat následně došlo ke zpracování metodou otevřeného kódování a technikou barvení textu (tužka, papír). Na základě této techniky bylo stanoveno 5 kategorií a 15 podkategorií. Sestry poskytují vysoce specializovanou ošetřovatelskou péči, proto je v jejich práci nezbytné, aby měly dostatečné znalosti o mechanických oběhových podporách a znaly jednotlivá specifika a náročnost této péče. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis outlines the care of a patient with circulatory supports before a heart transplant from the perspective of a general nurse. The aim of this thesis is to map the work management of nurses in the care of patients with circulatory supports before heart transplantation and to find out how they perceive this work.
The theoretical part discusses the issue of mechanical heart supports and their types. The history and present of mechanical supports, their indications, highly specialized nursing care and possible complications associated with therapy. We also deal with heart transplantation, indications, examination of the recipient, organ donor, waiting list, immunosuppression and possible complications.
In the empirical part, twelve interviews were conducted with nurses who meet patients whose medical condition requires circulatory support before the heart transplant itself. The research group consists of nurses from the Center for Cardiovascular and Transplantation Surgery in Brno, who were selected by deliberate selection. The main criteria for inclusion in the research included at least one year of experience in intensive care and experience in providing highly specialized nursing care for patients with circulatory supports before heart transplantation. As part of the data analysis, the data was subsequently processed using the open coding method and the text coloring technique (pencil, paper). Based on this technique, 5 categories and 15 subcategories were established. Nurses provide highly specialized nursing care, so it is essential in their work that they have sufficient knowledge of mechanical circulatory supports and know the specifics and demands of this care. | eng |
