| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma "Multidisciplinární péče u pacientů s poraněním mozku." Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii mozku, etiologii a patofyziologii poranění mozku a diagnostickými postupy. Dále se zabýváme monitorací pacienta, specifikami ošetřovatelské péče a kvalitou života pacienta. Součástí teoretické části je komunikace s pacientem, komunikace s rodinou pacienta, multidisciplinární tým a příprava všeobecných sester na specifickou péči o pacienty s poraněním mozku. Ve výzkumné části využíváme kvalitativní techniku, kde cílem výzkumné studie je popsat spolupráci vybraných nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků u pacientů s poraněním mozku, zjistit spolupráci mezi všeobecnými sestrami a rodinou pacienta s poraněním mozku, zmapovat nejnáročnější činnosti vybraných nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v péči u pacientů s poraněním mozku a zjistit názor všeobecných sester na jejich připravenost zvládat specifickou ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů s poraněním mozku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented diploma thesis focuses on "Multidisciplinary care for patients with brain injuries." The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part is devoted to brain anatomy, etiology, pathophysiology of brain injury and diagnostic procedures. We also deal with patient monitoring, the specifics of nursing care and the patients quality of life. Part of the theoretical part is communication with the patient, communication with the patient's family, a multidisciplinary team and the preparation of general nurses for specific care of patients with brain injuries. In the research part, we use the qualitative technique, where the goal of the research study is to describe the cooperation of selected non-medical health workers in patients with brain injury, to find out the cooperation between general nurses and the family of a patient with brain injury, to map the most demanding activities of selected non-medical health workers in the care of patients with brain injury and to find out the opinion of general nurses about their readiness to manage specific nursing care for patients with brain injury. | eng |
