| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat podmínky vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh. Vybraná firma pracuje v potravinářském průmyslu, konkrétně v pekařství, od roku 1992. Firma zamýšlí dodávat své produkty na rakouský trh. Motivací a řešením pro vstup na rakouský trh je zájem rakouských občanů o pečivo firmy. Vstup na zahraniční trh není jednoduchý. Proto je velice důležité znát všechny podmínky a povinnosti, které musí být splněny. Úkolem práce je všechny tyto povinnosti vyhledat. | cze |

a foreign market. I have chosen the company Ipema, spol. s r. o. for my thesis.
The company operates in food processing industry, specifically in the manufacture
of bakery, since 1992. The company wants to expand it´s products to the Austrian
market.
Motivation and the reason for this process is the interest of Austrian customers in bread.
To succeed in a foreign market is not easy. It is very important to know all
