| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé práce je zjistit možnosti a podmínky na rozšíření franchisingového konceptu na zaharaničním trhu a vypracovat projekt postupu etablování řetězce ve vybrané zemi. Pro vypracování praktické části jsem oslovila český franchisingový řetězec. Nejdříve jsem analyzovala podmínky řetězce na jeho rozšíření a poté jsem analyzovala podmínky pro vstup do vybrané země. V poslední části jsem zpracovala návrh projektu na vstup franchisingového řetězce Švejk restaurant na Slovensko. | cze |
