| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí problematiky přímých zahraničních investic. Nejedná se však o podchycení tohoto problému z makroekonomické úrovně, ale o podchycení a zasazení této problematiky do regionálního kontextu. Zde byl zvolen Jihočeský region, který je z hlediska potenciálních zahraničních investorů regionem spíše periferním. Tato práce zkoumá problematikou přímých zahraničních investic, popisuje jejich vztah k regionálnímu rozvoji obecně. Seznamuje a analyzuje stav přímých zahraničních investic ve vybraném regionu, jejich strukturu a alokaci. Zjišťuje, zda tyto investice generují multiplikační efekt. Analyzuje, zda tyto investice přímo působí na život daného regionu, zda dochází v jejich důsledku ke změnám ve struktuře zaměstnanosti, pohybu pracovních sil v regionu, dopravní obslužnosti, k rozsáhlejší bytové výstavbě. | cze |
