| dc.description.abstract | Smyslem této diplomové práce je poukázat na problematiku brownfields. Zelená louka je stále dominantní, protože investoři velmi často stojí o to, aby jejich stavba vznikla na místě, kde doposud nic nestálo, ale na druhou stranu mají brownfields své výhody i nevýhody. Obsahem této práce je obecné vymezení a definování pojmů tak, jak je vnímají organizace, které se problematikou zabývají. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické regenerace vybraných brownfields v Jihočeském kraji spočívající v posouzení nákladů a přínosú souvisejících s regeneraci brownfields. Výběr brownfields byl uskutečněn na základě dostupnosti informací a vhodnosti daného vzorku k zhodnocení. | cze |
