| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce pojednává o problematice investičního rozhodování, která je pro každý podnik stěžejní. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení efektivity vybraného investičního projektu.
K možnému posouzení této investice bylo třeba zhodnotit stávající stav, zda má podnik dostatek zdrojů k financování takhle náročné investice. Zda realizace projektu není spojena s nárůstem finančního rizika podniku. Poté byly identifikovány příjmy a výdaje projektu.
Nakonec byla v rámci hodnocení efektivnosti investice provedena i analýza rizikovosti projektu. | cze |
