| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice investičního rozhodování, která je důležitá pro každý podnik. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení efektivity vybraného investičního projektu. Nejdříve byla provedena finanční analýza pro posouzení stávajícího stavu podniku. Poté byly identifikovány příjmy a výdaje projektu. Dále bylo provedeno hodnocení efektivnosti investice v několika variantách. Na závěr byla zjišťována rizikovost projektu. | cze |
