| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce "Regulace kapitálového trhu se zaměřením
na trh cenných papírů" se zabývá regulací a dohledem kapitálového trhu a především trhu cenných papírů. První část je věnována vysvětlením pojmů regulace a dohled, klasifikaci systému regulace a dohledu, cenným papírům a důvodům regulace trhu cenných papírů. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání systému regulace trhu cenných papírů v ČR a EU s cílem navrhnout případné doporučení pro ČR. Dále je analyzována situace v EU a větší pozornost je zaměřena na systém regulace ve Velké Británii a Německu. | cze |
