| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce "Analýza využití prostředků z fondů Evropské unie a návrh finančních nástrojů pro vybranou obec (statutární město České Budějovice)" je popsání a vyhodnocení čerpání těchto prostředků se zaměřením na definování problémů spojených s financováním dotačních projektů města v závislosti na vícezdrojovém financování a předfinancování. Dílčím cílem je navržení nástrojů financování budoucích investičních projektů. V teoretickém přehledu jsou uvedeny základní informace o Evropské unii, fondech EU a seznámení s finančním systémem územní samosprávy České republiky. V praktické části je zpracována analýza zdrojů financování dotačních projektů se zaměřením na prostředky poskytnuté z Evropské unie dle jednotlivých let, s uvedením poskytovatele a výší přijaté dotace. Dále je nastíněn vývoj dluhového zatížení včetně komparace zadluženosti s ostatními městy. Závěr práce je zaměřen na shrnutí výsledku provedené analýzy. | cze |
