| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá kvantifikací vlivů strategického plánování na rozvoj obcí a regionů. První část zahrnuje teoretický základ dané problematiky, především vymezení základních pojmů jako jsou regionální rozvoj, regionální politika, region, indikátory rozvoje regionů či strategické plánování. V praktické části je za pomocí nastudování dané problematiky analyzováno strategické plánování prostřednictvím Programu jihočeského a plzeňského kraje a jejich strategií. Pomocí indikátorů rozvoje regionů bude kvantifikován vliv strategického plánování na rozvoj obcí a regionů. Jelikož neexistuje jednotná metoda měřící metody strategického plánování, v závěru práce bude navržena jednotná metoda meření vlivů strategického plánování na rozvoj obcí a regionů. | cze |
