dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá metodami projektového managementu, které by se daly využít při tvorbě eventu, a to ve všech jeho fázích - tedy od plánování, přes realizaci, až po konečné zhodnocení. Závěr práce obsahuje analýzu popisovaných metod, návrh konkrétního eventu pro společnost ICE´N´GO a nakonec směrnici, kterou lze využít při tvorbě eventů.	cze
