| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o obrazu dětství a mládí svatého Václava a svatého Vojtěcha v českých legendách. O tom, jak jsou vnímány v staroslověnské a latinské hagiografii. Práce si všímá kontinuity, ale také odlišností motivů v jednotlivých dílech. Součástí práce je seznámení se s historickou dobou, ve které oba světci žili, s jejich činy a osudy. Důraz je kladen na přelomová období během jejich dospívání a s ním spojenou datací. V průběhu celé práce jsou legendy konfrontovány s poznatky literárních historiků a antropologů, které se snaží potvrdit či vyvrátit pravdivost václavské a vojtěšské hagiografie. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the childhood and youth of Saint Wenceslaus and Saint Adalbert (Vojtech) in Czech legends. It also describes their perception in Old Church Slavonic and Latin hagiography. The thesis observes the continuity as well as diversity of motives in the individual works. It also shows historic times in which the two saints lived, their destiny and deeds and focuses on their adolescence and relevant dating. The whole thesis continuously confronts the legends with the pieces of knowledge of literary historians and anthropologists with the aim to confirm or disprove the truth of Saint Wenceslaus and Saint Vojtech hagiography. | eng |
