| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je porovnat výkon českého a francouzského předsednictví, tedy porovnat přípravu, organizaci, průběh a výsledky v případě obou zemí, přičemž je nezbytné vzít v potaz aspekty, které mohly způsobit odlišnost pojetí této funkce oběma státy.
Celá práce je rozdělena do tří částí, z nichž první a druhá jsou spíše výkladové a popisují evropské instituce mající vliv na výkon předsednictví a dále pak institut předsednictví obecně. Třetí část obsahuje samotnou komparaci a analýzu obou předsednictví s vysvětlením ovlivňujících faktorů, jako je politický systém, historie, velikost a geografická umístění zemí.
Práce obsahuje francouzsky psané résumé a francouzsko-český glosář. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to compare the performance of the Czech and the French presidency, mainly to compare the preparation, organization, process and the results of two countries, with taking into account aspects that could have caused the difference in conception of this function by this two states.
The thesis is divided into three parts, the first and the second are more interpretative and describe the European institutions affecting the performance of the Presidency and the Presidency of the Institute in general. The third part contains the actual comparison and analysis of both Presidencies with an explanation of affecting factors such as political system, history, size and geographic location of the countries.

Autorka prokázala dobrou znalost tématu a pokusila se reagovat na vznesené připomínky. Nicméně reakce nebyly vždy adekvátní (terminologické problémy) a autorka dostatečně jasně neosvětlila dané problémy (práce s prameny), proto se komise přiklonila k horší z navrhovaných známek velmi dobře. | cze |
