| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je analyzovat a porovnat soudní systémy dvou odlišných zemí Evropské Unie. Vzhledem k zaměření mého studia se tedy zabývám soudním systémem České republiky a Itálie.
Práci jsem rozdělila do čtyř velkých kapitol, které jsou následně rozdělené na menší podkapitoly. V první části se zabývám historií soudnictví a jeho právním základem v obou zemích. Ve druhé části rozebírám druhy soudnictví, které můžeme nalézt v těchto dvou státech. V části třetí se zaměřuji na jednotlivé soudy nejdříve v České republice a poté v Itálii a co nejjasněji se snažím popsat jejich složení, organizaci či pravomoci. V poslední čtvrté části provádím komparaci těchto soudních systémů s důrazem na jejich odlišnosti, případně podobnosti.
Práci uzavírá resumé v italštině a rozbor příslušné právní terminologie s italsko-českým glosářem. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and compare two different judicial systems of the European Union countries. The subject of my work is the judicial system of the Czech Republic and the judicial system of Italy.
My thesis is divided into four big parts which are divided into a number of smaller chapters. In the first part I deal with the history of both judicial systems and with their legal bases. The second part is focused on the different types of justice in both countries. In the third part I describe all of the courts in the Czech Republic and in Italy and I try to describe the organization and cognizance of all of them. In the fourth the last part I make a comparison of these two judicial systems with a focus on the differences and similarities.
The thesis concludes the résumé in Italian and analysis of terminology with italian-czech glossary. | eng |
