Hlavním centrem zájmu předkládané bakalářské práce Žena oběť, žena pachatel. Trestná činnost v politickém okrese Třebíč ve třicátých letech dvacátého století, jsou trestné činy, kterých se dopustily, nebo obětí kterých se staly ženy (kuplířství, znásilnění, manželské neshody apod.) v Třebíči. První část práce se zabývá obecnou rovinou soudnictví a postavení žen ve společnosti v první polovině dvacátého století. Druhá část již řeší konkrétní případy. Hlavní pramennou základnu představují trestní spisy Okresního soudu v Třebíči. Závěrem práce je snaha reflektovat vnímání konkrétního deliktu veřejností. | cze |
