| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá kontrastními česko-německými kulturními standardy jak obecně, tak i konkrétně, a to v německém podniku na území České republiky. Jsou zde blíže popsány koncepce kulturních dimenzí a kulturních standardů. Následně autorka uvádí nejvýznamnější představitele, kteří se těmito koncepcemi zabývají. Velká část práce je věnována popisu konkrétních kontrastních česko-německých kulturních standardů jak z českého, tak i z německého pohledu. Práce je dále zaměřena na kontakty a kulturní kontrasty mezi českými a německými kolegy v německém podniku na území České republiky. Východiskem tohoto zjištění je dotazníkový průzkum, jehož pomocí jsou potvrzeny, či zpochybněny páry česko-německých kulturních standardů. Součástí práce je též charakteristika daného podniku. | cze |

There are further described the concept of cultural dimensions and cultural standards. The author lists then the most important representatives who deal with these two concepts. Much of the work is devoted to describing specific contrast Czech-German cultural standards from both the Czech and from the German perspective. The work is focused on the contrasts and cultural contacts between Czech and German colleagues in the German company in the Czech Republic. The basis of this finding is a questionnaire survey, through which are confirmed or challenged couples Czech-German cultural standards.
