| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou brownfields v České republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o brownfields, jejich typologie, negativní vliv na ži-votní prostředí i společnost, příčiny vzniku, problematika evidence brownfields a mož-nosti financování projektů regenerace těchto objektů. V praktické části jsou zmapovány a analyzovány objekty brownfields v Jihočeském kraji a dále je v této části analyzován zrealizovaný projekt revitalizace brownfields na území Jihočeského kraje. Na skutečném zrealizovaném projektu jsou sledovány konkrétní postupy při realizaci, financování projektu a závěrem je zhodnocena úspěšnost a užitek realizace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the issue of brownfields in the Czech Republic.
The theoretical part gives the basic information about brownfields and their typology. Secondly, the negative impact on the environment and society, the causes of origin, the issue of brownfields evidence and the funding opportunities for the regeneration of the-se facilities are described. In practical part, the brownfield land in the South Bohemian
Region is mapped and analyzed and there is also a realized revitalization project. It fo-cuses on the concrete procedures during realization and the project financing. In conc-lusion, the success and benefits of the revitalization are evaluated. | eng |
