| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a následně porovnat český a francouzský soudní systém. Vzhledem ke studiu francouzského jazyka je druhá část práce zaměřena na rozbor příslušné francouzské soudní terminologie.
Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola představuje teoretický úvod o místě a roli soudnictví v rámci mocenských mechanismů založených na principu dělby moci. Druhá kapitola je věnována porovnání právních základů francouzského a českého soudnictví. Třetí kapitola se potom zabývá srovnáním historického vývoje justice v obou zemích. Čtvrtá kapitola je klíčová, neboť detailněji popisuje strukturu obou typů soudnictví a vystihuje hlavní podobnosti či naopak odlišnosti mezi nimi. Poslední kapitola obsahuje rozbor příslušné soudní terminologie.
Závěr práce tvoří resumé ve francouzském jazyce a dvojjazyčný francouzsko-český glosář. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and consequent comparison of two different judicial systems; Czech and French one. Considering studies of the French language, the second part of the thesis is focused on analysis of selected French legal terms and deals with difficulties appearing when translating.
The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part provides some basic information about the role of judicial power within the state which is based on principle of power division. The second part then gives an insight into comparison of particular legal bases of Czech and French justice. The third part deals with the history of judicial systems of both countries. The next part is crucial, because it describes in more detail the judicial organisation in the Czech republic and in France and highlights the main similarities and differences between them. The last part contains the analysis of the selected judicial terms.
