| dc.description.abstract | Článek seznamuje s výsledky kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, kde byly provedeny hloubkové rozhovory se sestrami pracujícími na infekčním oddělení a pacienty, kteří mononukleózu prodělali. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že dotazované sestry mají všeobecné znalosti o onemocnění infekční mononukleóza, podrobně popsaly specifika ošetřovatelské péče, zejména pak edukační činnost v oblasti dietních opatření a dodržování tělesného klidu. Klienti byli s ošetřovatelskou péčí včetně edukace spokojeni a snažili se doporučená režimová opatření dodržovat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The article describes the results of qualitative research, where they were interviewed using in-depth interviews nurses working at infectious department and patients who suffered from mononucleosis. The research showed that the interviewed nurses have general knowledge about the disease infectious mononucleosis. They described in detail the specifics of nursing care, especially educational activities in compliance with dietary measures and physical calm.
