| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá pojmem NGOismus a jeho analýzou v širších souvislostech, a to s důrazem na společensko politický a ekonomický kontext prostředí v České republice. Nejprve se věnuje problematice pojmosloví používaném pro označení neziskového sektoru a charakteristice neziskové organizace jako takové. Dále se zabývá možnostmi ovlivňování neziskového sektoru ze strany státu, a to z hlediska legislativy a financování. V poslední kapitole nastiňuje problematiku různých pojetí občanské společnosti a diskusi, která vznikla v souvislosti s označováním určitých tendencí některých organizací třetího sektoru jako NGOismus a postdemokracie. Na vymezení těchto pojmů navazuje diskuse o možnostech třetího sektoru prosazovat své zájmy prostřednictvím lobbyingu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor's thesis deals with the concept of NGOism and its analysis in the broader context while the main emphasis is put on the political and economical context of the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the problems of terminology used in the non-profit sector and the characteristics of a non-profit organization as such. It is followed by a discussion of possibilities for influencing the non-profit sector by the state in legislative and financial terms. The last chapter summarizes different approaches to civil society and the debate that arose after certain tendencies of some organizations in the third sector were named NGOism and post-democracy. The definition of those terms is linked to the debate on the opportunities of the third sector to promote its interests through lobbying. | eng |
