dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce mapuje legislativní rámec a podmínky fungování neziskového sektoru v České republice. Nejprve se zaměřuje na vývoj neziskových organizací v historii, následně pak na jejich současný stav. Dále se zabývá problematikou nejednotné terminologie a obecnou charakteristikou neziskových organizací. Druhá kapitola nabízí ucelený přehled oblastí a činností, kde se neziskovost projevuje, a to z hlediska legislativy v platném znění. Třetí kapitola se věnuje nestátním neziskovým organizacím. Zde je popsána jejich struktura a fungování dle platné legislativy.	cze
