| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá volným časem starých lidí. Smyslem práce je zpracování problematiky volného času seniorů se zaměřením na univerzity třetího věku v České republice.
V první řadě je popsán volný čas obecně. V další části je zpracováno téma stárnutí a stáří. Jsou zde vymezená a popsaná období stáří se všemi změnami, které tento proces doprovází. Ve třetí části se práce zabývá univerzitami třetího věku jako možnosti smysluplného využití volného času.
V závěru je provedena sonda formou dotazníku. Cílem dotazníku je zhodnocení spokojenosti seniorů se studiem na univerzitě třetího věku, problémům tohoto způsobu vzdělávání a vlivu studia na člověka | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work deals with leisure time of elderly people. The purpose is processing problems of leisure time by seniors focused to the Universities of the third age in Czech Republic.
First is described leisure time generally. In the next part is proceed theme of aging and old age. There is defined and described periods of aging included all changes connected.. In the third part work deals with Universities of the third age as a option of meaningful exploitation leisure time.
