| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním tématem práce je zkoumání postavy Ester, jejích rolí a funkcí v Knize Ester. Samotnému uchopení postavy Ester předchází dějinná recepce knihy. Tomuto náhledu je nejprve podroben masoretský a poté řecký text. Pro komplexnější chápání Ester v Židovské tradici je následně přiblížen význam svátků Purim a jeho slavení.
Pomocí metody narativní analýzy jsou určeny role a funkce jednotlivých postav, hlavně pak Ester. Příběh Ester je analyzován nejprve v masoretském, později v řeckém textu a konečně z obou pramenů. Tradiční pojetí role Ester je konfrontováno s použitou metodou narativní analýzy, což umožňuje komplexnější nazírání této starozákonní postavy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Studying of the charakter Esther, her roles and functions at the Book of Esther is the focal point of the work. Historical reception of the Book of Esther precedens the grasp of the charakter of Esther itself. The masotherie text has been put through this insinght as the first, then the greek text was. Significance of the Purim Feastis subsegnently approximabed to more complex grasp of Esther.
The roles and functions of individual characters, primarily of the charakter of Esther, was stated by the method of narative analysis. The story of Esther is analysed in Masoterie language first, finally from both of the sources. Tradicional concept of the role of Esther is confrontated with applied method of narative analysis what allow more complex view of this Old Testament character. | eng |
