| dc.description.abstract | Práce popisuje v první části vznik standardů kvality sociálních služeb, jejich význam pro poskytovatele, klienty i pro hodnocení poskytovaných sociálních služeb a dále také legislativní úpravu standardů kvality. Ve druhé části je popsán význam pojmu poradenství, vznik poraden ve Velké Británii a v České republice a dále také stručná charakteristika Asociace občanských poraden a poraden působících v rámci Arcidiecézní charity Olomouc. Třetí část mapuje situaci vybraných poraden s ohledem na proces zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb do poradenské praxe, interpretuje zjištěné výsledky a formuluje zásadní problémy a největší překážky, které poradny v této oblasti pociťují. V závěru práce jsou pak dosažená zjištění shrnuta. | cze |

The second section describes the meaning of guidance, the progress of counselling in the UK and the Czech Republic as well as a brief overview of the Association of Civil advice and counselling services acting within the scope of Archdiocesan charity Olomouc. The third part maps the situation of the selected counselling services with regard to process of implementing Standards for Quality in Social Services advisory practice, interprets the results and formulate identified major problems and the biggest obstacles that counselling services in this area feel.
