| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá odměnou a trestem ve výchově a vzdělávání dítěte. Teoretická
část shrnuje oblast odměn a trestů se specifickým zaměřením do oblasti
náboženské výchovy, zaobírá se také rodinnou výchovou a vzdělávací praxí na
základním stupni vzdělávání. V práci je zohledněn přístup pedagogický
(nábožensko-pedagogický), psychologický a teologicko-biblický.
Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření v oblasti odměn a trestů z pohledu
16 učitelů náboženství. Zabývá se zkušenostmi s odměnami a tresty v jejich
dětství, jejich vlastní rodinnou praxí a používání odměn a trestů v hodinách
náboženské výchovy. Cílem práce je prokázat míru vlivu vlastních zkušeností a
zážitků v oblasti odměn a trestů na jejich užívání ve výchově dětí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work deals with reward and punischment in education. The theoretical
part summarizes the rewards and punishments area with the specific focus in the
field of religious education, also deals with family education and education
practice in primary education. In this work is taken into account pedagogical
approach (religious education), psychological and theological-biblical approach.
The practical part includes experimental investigation in area rewards and
punishments from the perspective of 16 teachers of religion. It deals with
experience with rewards and punishments in their childhood, in education their
own childrens and their practic use of rewards and punishments in religious
education lessons. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the influence own
experiences with rewards and punishments in to using them in the education of
children.
