| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou uplatnění absolventa oboru Pedagogika volného času ve funkci aktivizačního pracovníka v domově pro seniory.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou.
Teoretická část obsahuje popis procesu stárnutí a pojmu stáří, periodizaci stáří, charakteristiku změn spojených se stářím, demografii populace z hlediska stárnutí, obecný popis domova pro seniory, nástin náplně práce pedagoga volného času v roli aktivizačního pracovníka a téma volnočasových aktiv v domově pro seniory.
V praktické části je popis tří domovů pro seniory v Jihomoravském kraji, ve kterých v průběhu měsíce února a března proběhlo šetření zaměřené na volnočasové aktivity klientů a náplň práce aktivizačních pracovníků. Závěrečnou částí práce je ověření hypotéz pomocí výsledků daného šetření. Hypotézy byly následující: 1. Pracovníci domovů pro seniory systematicky a pravidelně organizují pro klienty volnočasové aktivity. 2. Příležitostné akce či pravidelné zájmové činnosti v domovech pro seniory plánují, organizují a vedou převážně sociální pracovníci. 3. Klienti domovů pro seniory mají zájem o pravidelné zájmové činnosti. 4. Převážné většině klientů trvale ležících v domovech pro seniory nejsou zajištěny aktivizační činnosti v jejich volném čase. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main concern of this work is the asset of the graduate of the course (field of study) Leisure time pedagogy as an employee in a rest home, who is responsible for the organization of the leisure time.
This work is divided in two parts, theoretical one and practical one.
The theoretical part describes the ageing process, old age, its periodical division, physical, psychological and social changes connected with this process and the demographic trends related to the ageing of the population in the Czech Republic. It also includes a general description of a rest home, outlines the work of the leisure time pedagogue and discusses the topic of leisure time activities in a rest home.
The practical part includes description of three rest homes situated in the South Moravian Region, where the survey was carried out in February and March 2010. This survey was mainly focused on leisure time activities of subjects and the work of leisure time pedagogues. The last part of the thesis contains the examination of hypotheses by the results of the conducted survey. Hypotheses were stated as follows: 1. Workers at rest homes systematically and regularly plan and organize leisure time activities for their clients. 2. Occasionally held events or regular leisure time activities are planned, organized and carried out mostly by social workers. 3. The clients at rest homes are interested in regular leisure time activities. 4. Most clients at rest home who are permanently confined to bed aren’t provided with activation therapy in their leisure time. | eng |
