| dc.description.abstract | Práce sleduje postavení otce v současné rodině. Vzhledem k emancipaci žen a jejich zrovnoprávnění ve společnosti ztratil otec dominantní postavení v rodině a upadl tak systém patriarchátu. Současný otec tak přišel o prioritu živitele rodiny, protože ženy se také uplatňují na trhu práce a musí tak najít svou novou identitu. Dostává se tak do rozporu mezi tradiční a moderní rolí otce.
V práci je popsána jeho pozice za dob patriarchátu a pozice v rodině v současné době, kdy se snaží více zapojit do rodinného života a stát se dětem spíše partnerem než přísnou autoritou.
Zároveň je v práci zachyceno, jak je důležité aby byl otec součástí rodiny jak pro vývoj, tak pro pozdější hledání identity u jeho potomků. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work deals with position of father in the modern-day family. The dominant position of father in family was lost within the empancipation of women inside the society. There become the system of patriarchy. The modern father has lost his position as a breadwinner of family, becouse of women try to assert at labour market too. The modern father has to find the new identity. He falls into split between traditional and modern position of father.
In the work there is described the position of father within the period of patriarchy and his positon at the modern-day family. The modern father tries to be more partner than autoritarian and strict father to his children. He wants to join in the family life.
The work also deals with the importance of father to be the part of family. The last section is dedicated to influence of father on development of his children, which is connected with looking for their identity. | eng |
