| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá možnostmi sociální práce s občany Vietnamu migrujících do ČR za prací. Díky velkému množství pracovních migrantů z Vietnamu se vietnamská populace v ČR značně rozrostla, to sebou přineslo nová rizika. V teoretické části je zmapována historie a současnost migrace Vietnamců do ČR, jejich současná situace v ČR a dále jsou zde zpracovány formy sociální práce s vietnamskou minoritou. V praktické části se práce na základě rozhovorů s občany Vietnamu snaží zjistit nejvhodnější formu sociální práce s vietnamskou minoritou a co brání vietnamské komunitě poskytované služby využívat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My work deals with possibilities of social work with Vietnamese labor immigrants to the Czech Republic. Due to huge number of Vietnamese labor immigrants, the Vietnamese community has grown remarkably, which has brought about new issues. In the theoretical part I write about the history and the present state of Vietnamese migration to the Czech Republic, their present situation in the Czech Republic, further I write about possible forms of social work with Vietnamese minority. In the practical part the study seeks to explore the most suitable form of social work with Vietnamese minority and what prevents Vietnamese community to accept the offered services. | eng |
