| dc.description.abstract | Pojem edukace je podle moderní pedagogiky definován jako výchova a vzdělávání. Porodní asistentka pracuje jako partner ženy, poskytuje klientce podporu a péči, ale také vzdělává klientky a jejich rodiny. Edukační činnost je nedílnou součástí porodnictví. Edukace hraje významnou roli v rámci primární, sekundární a terciární prevence, tyto druhy prevence se mohou vzájemně prolínat. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky z edukace, edukačního procesu, dále využití edukačních metod a edukačních pomůcek v gynekologické ambulanci. Rozpracována je edukace mladých dívek, těhotných klientek, klientek po porodu, klientek ve fertilním věku, klientek v klimakteriu a starších klientek.Ke zpracování praktické části bakalářské práce byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Pro kvantitativní výzkumné šetření byla zvolena metoda dotazování, technika dotazníků. Praktická část je zaměřena na informovanost porodních asistentek o edukaci, možnosti edukace a klientky, u kterých převažuje edukace. Cílem 1 tohoto výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaké možnosti mají porodní asistentky k edukaci. Cíl 1 byl splněn. Na základě zvoleného cíle byla stanovena hypotéza: Porodní asistentky mají podmínky pro edukaci edukaci klientek. Hypotéza byla potvrzena. Cílem 2 bylo zjistit, u kterých klientek navštěvující gynekologicko-porodnickou ambulanci převažuje edukace porodní asistentkou. Cíl 2 byl splněn. Na základě zvoleného cíle byla stanovena hypotéza : Edukace porodních asistentek je orientovaná na těhotné než na gynekologicky nemocné. Hypotéza byla potvrzena. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako zdroj informací pro porodní asistentky pracující v gynekologických ambulancích, ale i studentky porodní asistence. Součástí práce je edukační manuál pro porodní asistentky. Výsledky výzkumu mohou být využity v rámci výuky na Jihočeské Univerzitě. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Modern pedagogy defines education as training and cultivation. A midwife works as woman?s partner; she provides such client with support and care, and also educates these clients and their families. Educational activities are an integral part of obstetrics. Education plays a major role in primary, secondary and tertiary preventions; all these types of prevention may interfere with each other. The theoretical part includes observations made during education, educational process, and utilizing educational methods and educational tools in a gynecologist?s office. The thesis looks in detail at educating young girls, pregnant clients, clients after childbirth, clients of childbearing age, clients in menopause, and older clients.The practical part of the bachelor?s thesis is based on observations made by using the method of quantitative research. The quantitative research involved the method of questioning using the technice of questionnaires. The practical part focuses on the awareness of education among midwives, educational options, and clients who show prevalence in education. The Objective 1 of the research was to find out chat options there are for midwives that can be utilized in education. The Objective 1 was accomplished. Based on the selected objective, a hypothesis was established: Midwives have conditions to provide education to clients. The hypothesis was confirmed. The Objective 2 was to identify which clients taht attend the office of gynecology and obstetrics show prevalence in education provided by a midwife. The Objective 2 was accomplished. Based on the selected objective, a hypothesis was established: Education provided by midwives is focused on pregnant women ether than on women with gynecological problems. The hypothesis was confirmed. The bachelor?s thesis at hand may be used as source of information by midwives that work in the offices of gynecology and obstetrics and by midwifery students. The thesis also includes an educational manual for midwives. The outcomes of the research may be used in the classes at University of South Bohemia. | eng |
