| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu vztahu samospráv zejména na úrovni obcí k sociálnímu bydlení. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem sociálního bydlení, sociálních aspektů bydlení, současnou bytovou politiku obcí. Charakterizuje možnosti financování, úlohu obcí v otázce bydlení a důsledky nedostatku dostupného bydlení. Vymezuje pro jaké skupiny obyvatel je sociální bydlení určeno a proč.
Praktická část obsahuje zpracování a vyhodnocení dat zjištěných pomocí dotazníků, které byly určeny obcím Plzeňského a Ústeckého kraje. Výzkum se orientuje na zjištění nabídky nájemního bydlení v porovnání Plzeňského
a Ústeckého kraje z pozice obcí za finanční podpory státu v letech 2000 - 2009. | cze |

The theoretical part of this work clarifies the terms as social housing, social aspects of living, present housing policy of communities. Describes the financing possibilities, task of communities in question of housing and consequences of lack of available housing.
This part also defines the categories of residents for which is the social housing intended and why.
The practical part contains the processing and evaluation of dates realized through the use of questionaires forms. These questions forms were dedicated to the communities of the Pilsen and Usti Regions.
