| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá aktuální otázkou institutu ''náhradní matky'' po stránce etické i právní. Teoretická část charakterizuje pojem surogačního mateřství, pojednává o právních vztazích mezi náhradní matkou a objednatelským párem, o povaze smlouvy, odměně i osvojení dítěte. Dále tato práce popisuje právní úpravu v České republice i v zahraničí, např. ve Velké Británii, v USA nebo v Indii. Zaobírá se různými aspekty z pohledu křesťanského, etického a lékařského.
Praktická část obsahuje rozbor i výsledky polostandardizovaného rozhovoru provedený s 15 respondentkami. Otázky v rozhovoru byly zpočátku zaměřeny na obecná témata, později pak na otázky týkající se podmínek a rozhodnutí stát se náhradní matkou, odměny, která by měla náležet náhradní matce a umožnění stát se adeptem ze strany objednatele. Z odpovědí jsem získala výsledky šetření, které poté potvrdily či vyvrátily mé hypotézy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the current issue of the Institute of the ''Surrogate Mother“ with attention to the ethical and the juridical field.
The theoretical part characterises the idea of the Surrogate Motherhood, handles the juridical relations between the Surrogate Mother and the Clients pair, the character of the agreement, reward /benefit/ and the Child’s adoption.
Furthermore, this thesis describes the juridical adjustments in the Czech Republic, in Foreign Countries, e.g. in the Great Britain, in the USA or in India. Handles various aspects from the Christian, ethical and medical view.
The practical part includes the analysis and results of the half-standardised interview, which has been given by 15 respondents. From the beginning of the interview, questions have been focused on common themes, afterwards on questions regarding to conditions and decisions to become the Surrogate Mother, rewards /benefits/, that should have belonged to the Surrogate Mother and to allow to become the candidate from the Client’s side. The investigations’ results that I gained from the answers afterwards confirmed or disproved my hypothesis. | eng |
