| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení možností rehabilitačních metod u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou především na možnost různých podpůrných rehabilitačních metod, které mohou být u těchto dětí využity. Práce se zabývá zejména využitím canisterapie a hipoterapie, které náležitě patří do těchto podpůrných metod rehabilitace dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou.
Hipoterapie společně s canisterapií se v poslední době stále více dostávají do podvědomí laické veřejnosti, ale především do podvědomí rodičů postižených dětí a to zejména díky svému pozitivnímu působení na klienta.
V teoretické části práce je souhrn poznatků o dětské mozkové obrně a o možných rehabilitačních metodách popř. konceptech, které se nejčastěji u této diagnózy využívají. Dále jsou v teoretické části práci shrnuty poznatky a podrobnější informace o canisterapii a hipoterapii.
V praktické části práce jsou vytvořeny kasuistiky jednotlivých dětí a dále popis průběhu a následné zjišťování vlivu canisterapie a hipoterapie na děti s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Vliv hipoterapie jsem zjišťovala za pomoci Hipoterapii hodnotícího testu (HHT), hodnocení svalového napětí pro kombinaci s Hipoterapii hodnotícím testem (HHT) a verbální škály pocitu pohody. Canisterapii jsem hodnotila soustavným pozorováním mých respondentů.
Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehled různých rehabilitačních metod, které jsou využívány u dětí s diagnostikovanou dětskou mozkovou obrnou a dále seznámit rodiče a laickou veřejnost s průběhem canisterapie a hipoterapie.
Práce má poukázat na pozitivní vliv těchto podpůrných rehabilitačních metod a zejména na význam ucelené rehabilitace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis has got the aim to define the possibilities of the rehabilitation methods in the children with the mild cerebral palsy, most of all the possibility of various supportive rehabilitation methods used up in these children. This thesis focuses mainly on the usage of canistherapy and hippotherapy belonging to these supportive methods of rehabilitation of children with mild cerebral palsy.
Recently hippotherapy together with canistherapy have become more popular among the non-professional public, but mainly among the parents of afflicted children, particularly due to its positive effect on a client.
In the theoretical part of this thesis there is a summary of the findings concerning the mild cerebral palsy in children and possible rehabilitation methods, possibly concepts which are mainly used up in this diagnosis. Further, there is a summary of the findings and more detail information about canistherapy and hippotherapy in this thesis.
In the practical part of this thesis there are described the cases of individual children and further there is the description of the development and followingly revealing the impact of canistherapy and hippotherapy on the children suffering from mild cerebral palsy. The impact of hippotherapy was found out by means of the test evaluating hippotherapy (HHT), the evaluation of the muscle tension for the combination with the test evaluating hippotherapy (HHT) and a verbal scope of the feeling expressing the comfort. Canistherapy was evaluated by means of continuous observing my respondents.
The objective of this thesis was to create a summary of various rehabilitation methods used in the children with diagnosed mild cerebral palsy and further to inform the parents and non-professional public about the course of canistherapy and hippotherapy.
This thesis shall reveal a positive impact of these supportive rehabilitation methods and the sense of the coherent rehabilitation. | eng |
