| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zaměřuje na prevenci manipulace u seniorů. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. První část nabízí teoretická východiska, která slouží jako potřebný podklad pro nové poznatky. Tyto informace jsou obsaženy ve čtyřech hlavních kapitolách.
Praktická část práce navazuje na teoretické poznatky a rozvíjí své záměry. V úvodu stanovuje dva cíle. Cíl 1.: Zmapovat postoj seniorů k problematice manipulace. Cíl 2.: Návrh prevence manipulace u seniorů.
Vedle těchto cílů pokládá tři výzkumné otázky. Otázka 1.: Jak senioři vnímají pojem manipulace? Otázka 2.: Jaké zkušenosti mají senioři s manipulací? Otázka 3.: Jak senioři předcházejí manipulaci?
Pro realizaci výzkumu byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda, technika dotazování v podobě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. V průběhu anonymního rozhovoru byly pokládány doplňující otázky. Záznamy rozhovorů byly se souhlasem respondentů nahrávány na diktafon. Rozhovor je k dispozici v příloze (viz. Příloha č. 2) a zahrnuje 15 otázek rozdělených do tří částí (osobní život, manipulace, prevence). Při kontaktování respondentů se osvědčila metoda tzv. sněhové koule (angl. snowball sampling), tedy získávání nových kontaktů od předešlých respondentů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem šest respondentů, kteří se od sebe liší zejména způsobem bydlení.
Výsledky výzkumu jsou předkládány formou kazuistik vytvořených na podkladě uskutečněných rozhovorů. Celkové shrnutí, porovnání výsledků a vyjádření názorů nalezneme v diskuzi.
Z těchto poznatků je vyvozen závěr práce, který stručnou formou prezentuje hlavní výsledky a návrhy řešení. Na základě výše uvedených výzkumných otázek, vznikly tyto tři hypotézy. H1: Senioři vnímají manipulaci jako nátlak. H2: Každý senior má s manipulací minimálně jednu osobní zkušenost. H3: Senioři se vyhýbají rizikovým situacím ve smyslu manipulace. Senioři jsou informováni z médií, avšak rádi by se dozvěděli více i jinou formou. Aktivnějším seniorům by vyhovovala přednáška s možností dotazů a praktických nácviků modelových situací. Méně aktivní senioři by ocenili informace v psané podobě, s konkrétními příklady a příběhy. Společným znakem při předávání poznatků a informací je názornost, konkrétnost a jednoduchost, před přílišnou obecností, teoretičností a odborností.
Práce nabízí aktuální pohled na postoj seniorů vůči problematice manipulace. Výzkum lze využít jako podklad pro realizaci konkrétních preventivních opatření. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on preventing manipulation of seniors and is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first part offers theoretical resources, which are needed for new information. These information are contained in four main chapters.
Practical part of thesis continues the theoretical knowledges and evolves its intentions. It determines two goals in the introduction. Goal No. 1: To map out attitude seniors towards problems with manipulation. Goal No. 2: The proposal prevention of manipulation of seniors.
Besides these goals gives three research questions. Question No. 1: How do seniors perceive concept of manipulation? Question No. 2: What kind of experience seniors have with manipulation? Question No. 3: How do seniors prevent manipulation?
For realization of research was choosen qualitative method, technique of semistructured interview. Supplementary questions were used during the anonymous interview. Interviews were recorded on a dictaphone with respondents permission. Interview is available in supplement (see Supplement No. 2) and has 15 questions, which are divided into three parts (personal life, manipulation, prevention). Snowball sampling method was suitable at contact with seniors. New contacts were obtained from previous respondents. The research sample was formed by six respondents, which are different their type of housing. The research results are presented in the form of case reports, created on the basis of the interviews. Overall summary, comparison of the results and the expression of opinions can be found in the discussion.
The conclusion of the thesis is created from this knowledge and briefly presents the main results and suggestions. Three hypotheses are based on research questions. H1: Seniors perceive manipulation like pressure. H2: Each senior has at least one personal experience with manipulation. H3: Seniors avoid the risk situations related with manipulation. Seniors are informed of the media, but they would like to learn more in another form. Active seniors would suit the lecture with questions and practical exercises model situations. Less active seniors would appreciate information in written form, with concrete examples and stories. A common feature in the transmission of knowledge and information is clarity, concreteness and simplicity, before too general, theoretic and expertise.
My thesis offers actual view on attitude of seniors towards manipulation. The research can be used like source for realization of concrete prevention measures. This thesis can be understood like emphasis to more attention and activity in this field too. | eng |
