| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části diplomové práce se zaměřuji na trojúhelník vztahů a vazeb rodina - dítě - učitel (škola). Snažil jsem se popsat, jak rodina kooperuje se školou, jestli vůbec stojí o partnerství se školou, zda je naopak škola ochotna spolupracovat s rodinou a zda může rodič měnit obsah a formu výuky. Zabýval jsem se zde také historií a teorií rodiny, problémem současné rodiny a vztahy ve společnosti. V neposlední řadě se také zmiňuji o dnes hodně diskutovatelném tématu - reformě školství.
V praktické části zpracovávám formou dotazníku názor či pohled učitelů a rodičů žáků na kulturu školy na 2. stupni ZŠ. Jakým způsobem vůbec rodič či učitel hodnotí školu, zda jsou spokojeni s chodem a organizací školy, zda by chtěli něco zlepšit, změnit nebo dokonce zrušit. Tyto názory a pohledy následně porovnávám a vyhodnocuji pomocí statistických metod a grafických studií. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | I am engaged in the triangle of the relations and structures - family-child-teacher (school) in the theoretical part of my graduation theses. I want to describe how the family cooperates with school and whether the family rums about the partnership between it and school and whether school is ready to cooperate with the family and parents can change sense and purpose of teaching. I am interested in history and theory of the family and I am interested in problems of contemporary family and society relations. I am engaged in educational system reform too.
In my practical part I elaborate (in the question form) an aspect of teachers and parents to school culture at the junior school. I write how parents or teachers judge schools and how they are satisfied with the school work and its organization and what to change or even annual. I compare and evaluate these views by means of statistic methods and graphical studies. | eng |
