| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním motivačních faktorů dětí, které navštěvují volnočasový klub Balón Salesiánského střediska mládeže ? domu dětí a mládeže Plzeň. Teoretická část obsahuje základní vysvětlení problematiky a je zde popsáno užité pojmosloví. Zabývám se charakteristikou motivací a potřeb dle A. H. Maslowa, dále uvádím základní fakta o organizaci a blíže specifikuji profil volnočasového klubu Balón. Nezbytnou součástí je stručný popis Preventivního systému dona Boska.
Praktická část obsahuje popis metodiky výzkumného šetření. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem zvolila kvalitativní rozhovor. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou základní motivační faktory pro návštěvu klubu Balón. Výsledky, spolu s podrobnými charakteristikami respondentů, jsou zpracovány v této části. Stěžejními oblastmi zkoumání byly základní motivace pro účast, oblíbené činnosti v klubu, význam vztahů s pracovníky a znalost obdobných zařízení a zkušenost s nimi. V rámci interpretace výzkumu jsem vypracovala doporučení pro praxi, které vychází ze získaných poznatků od respondentů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis researches the factors motivating children attending the leisure centre Balón of the Salesian Youth Center. The theoretical part includes a basic explanation of the problem and describes here used terminology. I deal with the characteristics of the motivations and of the needs according to A. H. Maslow, also name the basic facts about the organization and closer specify profile of the leisure centre Balón. The essential part is a brief description of the Preventive System of Don Bosko.
The practical part presents description of the methodology of the research. As an experimental method I have used the qualitative interview. The target was to find out what are the basic motivational factors to visit the leisure centre Balón. The results together with detailed characteristics of the respondents are processed in this section. The key areas of research were the basic motivation for participation, popular activities at the centre, the importance of relationships with staff and knowledge of similar organisations and experience with them. In terms of the interpretation of research, I make recommendations for practice, based on the finding learned from the respondents. | eng |
