| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá spokojení uživatelů o.s. FOKUS Tábor s poskytovanou službou sociálně terapeutické dílny.
V teoretické části jsou představeny dvě základní skupiny duševního onemocnění. Dále tato část popisuje rehabilitaci dlouhodobě duševně nemocných. Cílem výzkumu je získat vyjádření uživatelů k celkovému hodnocení služby sociálně terapeutické dílny o.s. FOKUS Tábor. Praktická část je zakončena prezentací zjištěných dat, přičemž nejvíce jsou rozpracovány tyto tři oblasti - zjišťování spokojenosti uživatelů v poskytované službě, informovanost uživatelů o pravidlech podávání námětů, stížností a připomínek. | cze |
