| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematiku zajišťování zdravého klimatu v zájmovém a neformálním vzdělávání, analýzou nástroje, který měří a zjišťuje sociální klima ve školním prostředí. Dále modifikací tohoto nástroje pro potřeby zájmového a neformálního vzdělávání. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na termíny volný čas, zájmová činnost, motivace, sociální klima. Je zde věnován prostor zájmovým organizacím, kterých se měření klimatu dotýká. V další části práce je pozornost zaměřena na problematiku pedagogicko-psychologické diagnostiky a na její možné využití v praxi.
Praktická část obsahuje modifikaci dotazníku CES a jeho aplikaci do prostředí zájmového a neformálního vzdělávání za pomoci výstupů odborné veřejnosti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis addresses the issue of ensuring a healthy climate of the pet and informal learning, analysis tools that detect and measure the social climate at school. Further modifications of this tool for the needs and interest of non-formal education. The first part of this thesis is focused on the terms leisure and leisure activities, motivation, social climate. There is a dedicated space for the interest groups, which affects the measurement of change. In the next section, attention is focused on the issue of pedagogical-psychological diagnosis and its possible use in practice.
