| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce Šikana pojednává o projevech a prevenci šikany ve škole. V první kapitole jsou popsány příčiny, prvotní zrod agresivity, eliminace. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje historii a pojem šikany, podrobněji se zabývá příčinami, zamýšlí se nad osobnostmi všech zúčastněných. Třetí kapitola je věnována rodině a možným metodám, způsobu, jak minimalizovat šikanu v roinném prostředí. Uvádím zde vhodná doporučení pro komunikaci rodičů s dětmi, neboť jsou-li dodržena, vztahy jsou pevnější a šikana se minimalizuje.Zároveń upozorňuji na nevhodné postupy rodičů a jejich možné pozdější negativní reakce.Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá prostředky minimalizace šikany ve škole. Popisuje metody prevence, které škola používá, uvádí správné způsoby vyšetřování šikany a opět se zamýšlí nad osobnostmi všech zúčastněných. Zkoumá, zda jsou příčiny šikany v jejich nesprávném chování a zároveň se snaží najít způsoby, směřující k minimalizaci šikany. Pátá kapitola vymezuje hranice pozitivního chování, upozorńuje na hrozící rizika, k nimiž při překročení těchto hranic dochází.
Navrhuje možná řešní za pomoci odborníků, odborných středisek a zákonů, jenž se šikanou zabývají. Na konci všech kapitol je vždy stručná rekapitulace napsaného. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor thesis ,,Bullying" deals with the demonstration and prevention of bullying in the school envinronment.
the first chapter discribes the cause, the primal source of the agression, elimination.
The second chapter explains the history and the very meaning of bullying. It looks into the cause of bullying more deeply and studies the characters of all participants.
The third chapter focuses on the family and possible methods and ways how to minimize bullying in the family environment. I mention useful recomendations for comunication between parents and children which when followed can make the relatioships more stable and bulliyng is minimized. At the same time i point out unsuitable patternś behavior and their negative reaktions which may occur later.
The fourth chapter deals with the means of minimization of bullying in the school. it describes methods of prevention used by school, mentions the right ways of investigation and speculates obout the characters of all participants. It tries to find out whether the cause of bulliyng lies in the wrong behaviour and struggles to find ways to minimize bullying.
The fifth chapter defines the borders of positive behaviour, points out possible risks which may occur when the borders are overstepped. It seggests an intervention with the help of specialists, specialized centers and the law which covers bullying. At the end of every chapter there is always a summary of ehat was mentioned. | eng |
