| dc.description.abstract-translated | Theoretical part deals with characteristic of social service Home for Disabled People, it gives a definition of this type of facility. Furthermore, theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of a particular facility called Home for Disabled People Sociální pohoda o.p.s. Javorník, it presents the characteristic of the occupants and social service HDP, and it describes working with occupants of HDP Sociální pohoda o.p.s. This chapter also introduces the duties of the staff.
The second chapter ? Activation Activities ? makes a transition to the practical part of the thesis. The chapter explains the term activation activity and everything what may be included to activation activities. The conclusion of this chapter is devoted to the description of putting these activities into practice in Home for Disabled People Sociální pohoda o.p.s.
Practical part of the thesis deals with research, it includes the description of the respondents. It evaluates the benefits of activation activities for the occupants from the staff point of view; it also states the factors which influence the participation on activation activities of the occupants of HDP Sociální pohoda o.p.s. | eng |
