| dc.description.abstract | Práce popisuje sociální práci s rodinou z pohledu sociálně právní ochrany dětí v regionu Dačice a přilehlém pohraničí.
V teoretické části je uveden vliv rodiny na vývoj jedince, práce zabývá sociální prací s rodinou a sanací rodiny, sleduje odlišné trendy v minulosti a v současné době. Dále se práce zaměřuje na sociálně právní ochranu dětí. Jsou zde uvedeny její právní základy a kompetence. Na konci teoretické části jsou popsány čtyři problematické oblasti romských rodin, které vytváří podklad pro výzkum v praktické části.
V praktické části jsou uvedeny kazuistiky respondentů. Ty byly získány z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Rozhovory jsou rozpracovány do pěti okruhů, podle kterých jsou i vyhodnoceny. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěrečné diskusi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work describes the social work with Romany families from the perspective of the authority providing social and legal protection to children in the region of Dačice and the adjacent border area.
In the theoretical part there is described the influence of family to the development of an individual. This dissertation deals with the social work with the family and helping the family, and has in view the different trends in history and current days. Then this work is focused on the social and legal protection of children, their legal bases and their authorizations. In the end of the theoretical part of this work there are described four problematic areas of Romany´s families. And these areas are the basis for the research in the practical part.
The practical part includes the respondents´ case studies. These were achieved using semi-structured interviews, divided into five main themes according to which they were also evaluated. The research results are than summarized in the final discussion. | eng |
