| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uživatele vybraných českobudějovických domovů pro seniory. Na jejich schopnosti a možnosti naplňování potřeby seberealizace a využívání vlastních potenciálů k dosahování uspokojení této potřeby. V práci jsou popsána i možná rizika, která mohou ovlivňovat úspěšnost dosažení uživatelova vytčeného cíle.
V teoretické části popisuji lidské potřeby podle hierarchického uspořádání Abrahama Maslowa, jejich uspokojování, ale též neuspokojování. Příčiny neuspokojování a důsledky neuspokojování potřeby seberealizace, jak pro uživatele, tak pro poskytovatele jsou rovněž uvedeny v bakalářské práci.
Praktickou částí bakalářské práce je výzkum, který byl prováděn kvantitativní metodou a technikou standardizovaného rozhovoru. Cíleně byl výzkum zaměřen na zachované schopnosti seniorů sociálních zařízení a používání těchto schopností v uspokojování potřeby seberealizace.
Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou být použity jako zpětná reflexe pro sociální zařízení, ve kterých byl výzkum prováděn. Rovněž může přispět ke zkvalitňování poskytovaných služeb seniorům v jednotlivých zařízeních. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on the user selected České Budějovice homes for the elderly. On their ability to meet the needs and possibilities of self-realization and utilization of the potential for achieving satisfying this need. The paper described the potential risks that can affect the success of achieving the user's desired objective.
In the theoretical part describes the human need for a hierarchical arrangement of Abraham Maslow, their satisfaction, but also the lack of fulfillment. Causes and consequences of lack of fulfillment lack of fulfillment needs of self-realization, for both users and providers are also listed in thesis.
The practical part of the thesis is the research that has been conducted using quantitative and standardized interview technique. Targeted research was aimed at maintaining the ability of seniors social facilities and using these skills in meeting the needs of self-realization.
Results of the thesis can be used as feedback for reflection facilities, where the research was conducted. It can also contribute to improving the quality of services provided to seniors in individual facilities. | eng |
