| dc.description.abstract | Práce zkoumá adaptační proces žadatelů o udělení mezinárodní ochrany v Přijímacím středisku Praha - Ruzyně. Teoretická část charakterizuje Přijímací středisko Praha - Ruzyně, zejména poskytované služby, možnosti trávení volného času a řízení o udělení mezinárodní ochrany v Přijímacím středisku Praha - Ruzyně. Dále popisuje znaky totální instituce a hlavní způsoby adaptace definované Goffmanem. V souladu s uvedenou charakteristikou je Přijímací středisko Praha - Ruzyně považováno za totální instituci.
Praktická část obsahuje analýzu čtyř rozhovorů a interpretaci získaných dat, které byly organizovány dle následujících kategorií: specifické prostředí střediska, pravidla zařízení, vztahy mezi žadateli a vztahy žadatelů vůči personálu, omezená možnost trávení volného času a řízení o udělení mezinárodní ochrany. Na tomto základě byly identifikovány hlavní způsoby adaptace a analyzovány, zda korespondují s Goffmanovou typologií zvládacích strategií. | cze |
