| dc.description.abstract | Práce porovnává a syntetizuje názory autorů odborných publikací na funkci vedoucího pedagogického týmu jako motivátora činnosti týmu. Z těchto názorů jsou dále vyvozeny doporučení pro vedoucího pracovníka k motivování jeho týmu. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních kapitol, přičemž první kapitola definuje tým, zdůrazňuje jeho charakteristické znaky, upozorňuje na synergický efekt v týmu a vymezuje znaky úspěšného týmu. Druhá kapitola pojednává o vedoucím týmu a stylech vedení, které pro svou práci může zvolit. Třetí kapitola věnuje pozornost motivování pracovníků, zejména pak definuje pojmy motivátor, motivace a demotivace. Kapitola poukazuje na zdroje motivace, a to především na potřeby lidí, dále klade důraz na výkonovou motivaci týmu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis compares and synthesises the views of authors of scholarly publications on a function of a pedagogical team leader as a motivator of team activities. Recommendations to the team leader in motivating his team are further drawn from these views. The thesis is divided into three main chapters, while the first chapter defines a team, emphasises its characteristic features, brings the synergy effect in a team into focus and defines features of a successful team. The second chapter deals with a team leader and leadership styles which may be chosen for his work. The third chapter focuses on motivating workers; it particularly defines terms as a motivator, motivation and demotivation.
