| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou důchodového systému v České republice. Je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretická a praktická část.
Teoretická část v prvním případě popisuje ucelený pohled na sociální zabezpečení. Zaměřuje se na současný důchodový systém, který je tvořen ze tří pilířů a vstoupil v platnost 1.1.2013. Každý pilíř důchodové reformy je zde podrobně vysvětlen. Práce popisuje účast na důchodovém pojištění, doby pojištění a způsob výpočtu důchodu. Dále definuje jednotlivé druhy důchodu, které jsou poskytovány v rámci českého důchodového systému. Praktická část se věnuje anketnímu šetření. Respondenti odpovídají na položené otázky, které se zabývají informovaností o důchodech, o vstupu do II. pilíře a o penzijním připojištění. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the senior pension system of the Czech Republic. It is divided in two parts ? the theoretical and the practical one.
The theoretical part presents a complete overview of the social welfare system of the Czech Republic which is created of three pillars and has become valid since 1st January 2013. Each of the pillars is described in detail. The thesis describes the participation of the citizen on the social welfare system, the retirement saving period and the way the senior pension is calculated. It also defines different types of the senior pension which is provided in the Czech senior welfare system. The practical part is focusing on a survey. The interviewees are questioned about the amount of information which they have about the social welfare system, about entering the second pillar of the system and about the retirement savings system. | eng |
