| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontinuálních eliminačních metod v intenzivní péči a následným vytvořením výukového materiálu pro nově nastupující sestry. Cílem bylo vytvoření výukového materiálu pro nově nastupující sestry. Tento výukový materiál by měl nově nastupujícím sestrám pomoci při práci s přístrojem určeným ke kontinuálním eliminačním metodám.
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou část. Empirická část byla realizována formou kvalitativního šetření pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty na Anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení nemocnice České Budějovice a.s na stanici RES 2. První fáze výzkumného šetření byly provedeny rozhovory s respondenty. Tyto rozhovory byly zaznamenávány formou podrobných zápisků, které byly následně přepsány, aby nedošlo ke ztrátě dat a k nepřesnostem. Následně byly vytvořeny kategorie a z nich za pomoci programu ATLAS.ti vznikla schémata.
Druhá fáze spočívala ve vytvoření instruktážního videa a výukového materiálu pro nově nastupující sestry. Ve třetí fázi výzkumného šetření bylo vytvořené video a výukový materiál předložen na ARO ke zhodnocení. Poté proběhly opětovné rozhovory s již dotazovanými respondenty. Při rozhovorech měli zhodnotit, zda výukový materiál splňuje jejich požadavky a zda bude využitelný v praxi. Následně zjištěné informace byly uspořádány do příslušných schémat.
Pro praktickou část byly stanoveny 2 cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit jaká forma výukového materiálu je vhodná pro nově nastupující sestry. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit přínos a využitelnost vytvořeného materiálu v praxi. Na základě cílů byly stanoveny dvě výzkumné otázky. První výzkumná otázka zněla: Jaká forma výukového materiálu je vhodná pro nově nastupující sestry? A druhá výzkumná otázka byla: Jaký přínos má vytvořený materiál v praxi?
Na základě výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že většina respondentů by uvítala výukový materiál formou tištěného letáku, ale objevily se i názory na vytvoření videa. Proto bylo vytvořeno instruktážní video, které vhodně doplňuje tištěný leták. Ze třetí části výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že většina z osmi dotazovaných respondentů byla
s výukovými materiály spokojena. Tři respondenti by ještě tištěný leták doplnili o pár obrázků. Všech osm respondentů se shodlo na tom, že dle jejich názoru, poskytnuté výukové materiály usnadní nově nastupujícím sestrám zorientování v dané problematice.
Vrchní sestra Anesteziologicko-resuscitačního oddělení spatřuje přínos ve vytvořených výukových materiálech. Tyto materiály hodlá na svém oddělení dále využívat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This dissertation deals with the issue of continuous elimination methods in intensive care, and of subsequently creating teaching materials for incoming nurses. The goal was to create teaching materials for incoming nurses. These teaching materials should help incoming nurses work with a device intended for continuous elimination methods.
The dissertation is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The empirical part was implemented in the form of a qualitative research, using semi-structured interviews with respondents at the Accident and Emergency Ward of Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. at the RES 2 station. The first stage of research was implemented by conducting interviews with the respondents. These interviews were recorded in the form of detailed notes which were later transcribed in order to prevent losses of data and inaccuracies. Subsequently, categories were established and, proceeding from these categories, schemes created using the ATLAS programme.
The second stage consisted of creating an instruction video and teaching materials for incoming nurses. As a part of the third stage of research, the created video and teaching materials were presented at the Accident and Emergency Ward for evaluation. Then, interviews with the original respondents were re-conducted. During these interviews, the respondents were tasked with evaluating whether the teaching materials fulfil their needs and whether they will be usable in practice. The learned information was then arranged in corresponding schemes.
Two goals were set with regards to the practical part. The first goal was to determine which form of teaching materials is suitable for incoming nurses. The second goal was to establish the benefits and usability of the created materials in practice. Based on the goals, two research questions were formulated. The first research question was: Is the form of the teaching materials suitable for incoming nurses? The second research question was: What is the benefit of the created materials in practice?
Based on the research, it was discovered that most of the respondents would welcome teaching materials in the form of printed leaflets; however, opinions on the option of creating a video were also heard. Therefore, an instruction video, suitably
complementing the printed leaflet, was created. The third part of research implied that most of the eight interviewed respondents were satisfied with the teaching materials. Three respondents suggested supplementing the printed leaflet with additional images. All eight respondents agreed that in their opinion, the provided teaching materials would make it easier for incoming nurses to familiarize themselves with the issues discussed.
The head nurse at the Accident and Emergency Ward views the created teaching materials as beneficial. She intends to continue using these materials at her ward. | eng |
